Wet Process Output – Annual Yield

From 8,000 tons of black powder, our solvent-free hydrometallurgical process produces battery-grade materials with high recovery efficiency:


  • Nickel–Cobalt–Manganese Sulfate: 12,000 t at 99%, convertible to NCM ternary precursors
  • NCM Ternary Precursor: 3,870 t at 99%, metal totals preserved
  • Lithium Carbonate (Battery Grade): 1,450 t at 95%, convertible to LiOH
  • Lithium Hydroxide (Battery Grade): 1,625 t at 95%, lithium total constant
  • Sodium Sulfate (Industrial Grade): 11,000 t at 98%
  • Recycled Graphite Powder: 3,136 t at 98%, suitable for battery applications

Closed-Loop Recycling System

Dry + Wet Processes Working as One Efficient Loop

Our short-process technology links dry dismantling and solvent-free hydrometallurgy into a single, fully integrated recycling system. Each stage feeds the next, ensuring maximum material recovery with minimal loss.

Dry Process Creates High-Quality Feedstock

The roasting-free dismantling line separates batteries into clean fractions – black powder, metals, plastics, and electrolyte – without high temperatures or wastewater.


  • Black mass is recovered at 99% and delivered directly to the wet process.
  • Electrolyte is captured and reused.
  • Metals and casings are recovered as clean by-products.

Wet Process Upgrades Materials to Battery-Grade

The extraction-free hydrometallurgical stage converts black mass into:


  • NCM sulfates & ternary precursors (99% recovery)
  • Battery-grade lithium carbonate or hydroxide (95% recovery)
  • Recycled graphite powder (98% recovery)
    All outputs meet industrial and battery manufacturing specifications.
